We’re pleased to offer shipping throughout the United States and internationally.

U.S. Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is $8.99.

Complimentary U.S. shipping is offered on orders of $100 or more.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Personalized items may require additional processing time and will be noted on the product page.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and shipping service selected.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or standard shipping charge unless specifically stated at checkout.

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing and circumstances outside our control.

Order Issues

If your package arrives damaged or you believe an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@casaandquill.com. Please include your order number and photographs when applicable.
